BMC Seals Singer Lata Mangeshkar Apartment as a precautionary measure against COVID-19

The current situation seems bad and worse when we talk about the spread of COVID 19 in Mumbai City. In the recent buzz, we now hear that the Mumbai Civic Body – called BMC or  the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation – seemed to have taken an action against the spread of the virus. As per the latest buzz, the BMC officials have sealed the apartment of the veteran singer Lata Mangeshkar.  This was done as a precautionary measure against COVID-19 pandemic. 

Both the signer and her family are away from the virus and the building is only sealed to restrict the movement inside the premises to keep the virus at bay. As per the official statement coming from the family, the building would remain sealed as a precautionary measure. The family of Lata Mangeshkar seemed to claim that their building called Prabhakunj is now being sealed. As per reports, the BMC has sealed the entire society due to the  epidemic considering the presence of senior citizens at this place.

This is done to keep the elderly people safe and away from the menace. The BMC officials have also asked the society members to restrict their festivities of Ganesha celebrations to a simple way of keeping a check on issues like social distancing and other things.
