Synopsis: The popular OTT platform – Amazon Prime Video is back in the news and this time for releasing an anthology film called Unpaused. It is basically a collection of five different films with five different directors including – Raj and DK, Nikhil Advani, Tannishtha Chatterjee, Avinash Arun, and Nitya Mehra, while the star cast of the film remains to be ensemble. The film is all set to release on 18th December 2020, while the makers have released the trailer, which seemed to have created a good buzz around the movie.

As we know the outbreak of the virus in 2020 has badly affected the lives of people. We would see the side effects of the virus for a longer duration in the new normal. It would be interesting to see how the relationships and the mood along with the occupations have affected the presence of viruses. The film Upaused ready to release on Amazon Prime showcases the same with five short films. So, we have five different films with different names having different directors that remain worth watching after checking the trailer. The names of these five films include Glitch, Rat-a-Tat, Vishanu, Chand Mubarak, and Apartment.

Looking at these films, one can find the first one called Apartment directed by Nikhil. The star cast of the same include Richa Chadha, Sumeet Vyas, and Ishwak Singh. While Rat-e-Tat is directed by Tannishta and it has actors like Rinku Rajguru and Lilette Dubey in the leading roles. While Glitch is directed by Raj & DK with stars like Gulshan Devaiah and Sanyami Kher in the lead roles. The film Vishanu has Abhishek Banerjee and Geetika Vidya Ohliyan in the leading roles with Avinash Arun as its director. Lastly Chand Mubarak has Ratna Pathak Shah and Shardul Bhardwaj in the lead roles, which is directed by Nitya Mehra.
