Salman Khan’s much-anticipated action thriller Tiger 3 has witnessed a slowdown at the worldwide box office, falling short of expectations. However, the film managed to achieve a decent jump on its third Sunday, pushing its total collection closer to the 450 crore mark.

Despite the slowdown, Tiger 3 has managed to surpass the lifetime collection of Ranbir Kapoor’s Brahmastra, which grossed ₹434.85 crore (US$54 million) worldwide.

Pathaan’s success was driven by the excitement of seeing Khan back on screen after a four-year hiatus and Siddharth Anand’s captivating presentation. Tiger 3 lacked the same level of anticipation and hype surrounding Pathaan.
Surpassing Brahmastra
