We know how CBI has involved the doctors panel from AIIMS to probe the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput. As per the latest buzz, the panel headed by Dr. Sudhir Gupta has now submitted the report to the CBI. The report had conclusive findings which were discussed with the CBI officials in a detailed meeting. Dr. Gupta and his team studied the case on the request of the CBI to probe any foul play in the death of the late actor.
When CBI took the case from Mumbai Police, they made sure to probe every aspect, which seemed to have been put down by the latter. Hence they kept the option open to see if the death was due to some foul play in the suicide. The CBI officials will now study the detailed report presented by the AIIMS Doctors panel and then share their findings before the media. On the face of it, one can say that the findings of AIIMS and CBI seemed to be similar.
Earlier CBI had indicated that they have dropped the angle of murder or strangulation as the late actor’s family has been claiming. They said it is a suicide case only and they will be pursuing on these lines as nothing foul play have been sensed by the CBI, which the Mumbai Police have also claimed. However, with the pressure mounting on the Police and the other groups, we finally saw the Supreme Court shift the case from the Mumbai Police to the CBI.
