Parineeti Chopra has given a couple of movies in B Town with decent performances. The last time we saw was in the film Kesari with Akshay Kumar. Now, she has a few films lined up including the Ribhu Dasgupta film The Girl On The Train. The film is a British remake and was completed last September 2020 amidst the pandemic. However, the makers took time to release as they were eying for a theatrical release. But things were not rosy for the same, they decided to take an OTT route escape.
The film was decided to be released on the streaming giant – Netflix and the makers have even announced the release date. The film is expected to start streaming from 26th February 2021 as the Netflix India Twitter handle announced in their recent tweet on the microblogging site. The film happens to be a remake of a British movie with the same title. The film is directed by Ribhu Dasgupta, while it happens to be a romantic thriller and explores the loved and genre unique story, which has several layers to explore including loneliness, rejection, daily commutes and voyeurism. The makers have released a teaser earlier as well, which seemed to have created a good buzz around it. Stay tuned to know more about it and others only with us.
