Talking about the commercial disasters of 2020, one can call Shakeela to be the biggest flops of the year. The fact of the matter is that the film has faced tough time ahead in the theatres considering the fact that audiences have disliked it and making their mind to step over the theatres and making a bad watch. Despite the fact that the film was released on the eve of Christmas it failed to attract good crowd for the film. Secondly the Pandemic also showed it impact on the films released in the theatres.Â
The film did not even reap one crore at the box office. With this the overall collections were not seen coming out in a notable way and thus running over the second week comes out to be a majority of features. It will be surprising to see how the film failed at the box office. All in all it was a disaster this year for the entire B Town industry with most of the films failing to garner good response at the box office.
The same was the fate of the film featuring Richa Chadha and Pankaj Tripathi in the leading roles. The movies seemed to have gone viral on the web was only the Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani starrer film called Laxmii, while others failed to garner much response at the box office.
