Samiksha Bhatnagar is an actress who is active in films and TV. She hails from Dehradun and was born and brought up at this place only. She has learnt classical dance and music since her childhood, while with this passion she headed to Delhi and later joined theatres and dance groups. She later established a dance academy working as a Chief Choreographer in 2008. After working for a while in theatres and dance groups, she headed to Mumbai to explore further options.
She then got a break in small screen and got a couple of TV shows on channels like Zee TV and Star Plus. However, she was recognized with shows like Ek Veer Ki Ardaas…Veera, ‘Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev, Baal Veer, and Kum Kum Bhagya to name a few. Talking about her debut in B Town film, it came with the movie Calendar Girls with Madhur Bhandarkar released in 2015. Soon she was seen in Shreyas Talpade directed Poster Boys with Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol.
Some of her TV shows include Yam Hain Hum, Peterson Hill, Stree Shakti, Jaane Kya Hoga Rama Re and Gupp Chupp to name a few. She is also a regular face in theatres with several plays. Her popular one includes Rashomon Blues where she played the role of a Journalist. She was also recently seen in the film – Hey Ram Hamne Gandhi Ko Maar Diya.
