Rhea Chakraborty Petition : Judgement on Transferring FIR to Mumbai Today at 11 am
In the recent development in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case, we already know that Rhea had filed a petition to shift the case to Mumbai. Sushant’s father has filed a six page FIR against the lady in Patna. This led to the investigation against the lady and soon we saw four Police Officers from Patna had visited Mumbai. However, Rhea filed a petition in the Supreme Court requesting to transfer the case from Patna to Mumbai.Â
As per reportes a single judge bench headed by Justice Hrishikesh Roy is going to pronounce the judgement today at 11 am. The apex court is going to hear the petition of the actor which was filed on 11th August. In her petition, Bihar Police have categorically said that since the case jurisdiction falls in Mumbai, Bihar Police has no business to intervene in the matter as Mumbai Police have been taking care of the case. The petition also said the Bihar Police is trying to get involved for some political gains in the wake of Bihar elections.Â
The media on the other side has made the case sensational for their own reasons, the petition. In the FIR the Sushant’s father has alleged Rhea with several cases against her. These include squeezing 15 Crores from the late actor’s account and instigating him to take extreme steps. As per KK Singh’s complaint, the ED also grilled Rhea for 8 hours in the money laundering case. It will be a big day for Rhea if things come in her favor. Let’s wait and watch!Â
