OMG: Mardaani Director Pradeep Sarkar no more, celebs react

Its a bad month so far for the B Town as we see many celebs leaving this fatal world. Again we find the Indian film industry was left in shock and mourning when news broke that filmmaker Pradeep Sarkar had passed away at the age of 67. Sarkar, best known for directing web series like “Forbidden Love, Cold Lassi aur Grama ” and films like Laaga Chunari Me Daag’ (2007), ‘Lafangey Pandey’ (2010), ‘Mardaani’ (2014), ‘Helicopter Eela’ (2016), and co-edited the superhit Vidhu Vinod Chopra film ‘Munna Bhai MBBS’ (2003). He has been,battling with kidney related ailment before his untimely demise.

Sarkar’s passing was met with an outpouring of grief and condolences from his colleagues and fans in the film industry. Many took to social media to express their sadness and pay tribute to the director, who was widely respected for his artistic vision and storytelling skills.

Among those who shared their memories of Sarkar was actress Kangana Ranaut, who worked with him.” Ranaut shared a video on her social media accounts showing what she claimed was their “last meal” together. In the video, the two can be seen enjoying a meal together, with Ranaut describing Sarkar as her “mentor and friend.” Check his tweet:

Ranaut’s post was met with an outpouring of love and support from her fans, who praised her for her heartfelt tribute to Sarkar.
