Kangana Ranaut Yells, “I’m Very Good for the Righteous and Very Bad for the Wicked, on her Khalistani Tweet

Kangana Ranaut’s latest tweet advising the Sikh community to dissociate themselves from Khalistanis sparked a heated debate, with one troll calling her opinions “vile nonsense.” The actress clapped back, defending her views in a series of tweets. The ongoing tensions between India and Canada have led to the suspension of visa services, and the cancellation of Punjabi singer Shubh’s India tour after he shared a controversial map of India. While some artists, such as AP Dhillon and Sidhu Moose Wala, have defended him, many fans and celebrities have boycotted him.

Yesterday, Kangana Ranaut posted a tweet discussing Punjab boycotting her movies and expressing her views on Khalistani terrorism impacting the Sikh community’s image. A user on Twitter responded to her statement, stating, “Ma’am, just like your offensive remarks don’t represent all Hindus and Indians, a few Khalistanis don’t represent Punjab, India, or the Sikh community. A state that frequently witnesses body bags returning, including 3 in the last month, doesn’t require a lesson on nationalism. Your tweet is filled with unfounded assumptions and a sense of personal grandiosity.”

In response, Kangana Ranaut countered, stating, “Are you certain? Don’t you agree that the 1984 anti-Sikh riots were a consequence of the Khalistani movement in Punjab? Due to a handful of Khalistanis, millions of innocent Sikh people suffered! Whenever terrorists incite riots anywhere in the world, it is the innocent people who bear the brunt.”

Kangana further added, “Hence, keep your unfounded statements to yourself and refrain from misleading people. Ignoring or overlooking anti-national activities should not be condoned. Regarding my strong opinions, let me make one thing clear: I am very good for the righteous and very bad for the wicked. Be careful.” Check her tweet:
