It’s a rare honor for any Indian web series to get the Best Drama Series award at the prestigious award function called 48th International Emmys. This time as the award show went on to be seen virtually this year, the organizers had a virtual session for the same on the ongoing COVID pandemic. The show was one of the happening one when it comes to Netflix and it did bring the laurels for the makers getting them the best award. As the team of the show gathered virtually to kick off the celebration we saw the leading lady – Shefali Shah also joining the same.

Talking about the web series Delhi Crime it was released this year and was based on the horrific December 2012 Delhi bus gang rape case in the National Capital. This led a detailed investigation leading to catching up the culprit by the Delhi Police. The makers have worked hard to research before they made the show. The series has Shefali Shah, Rajesh Tailang, Rasika Dugal and Adil Hussain in the leading roles.
