It’s been almost one year to see Deepika Padukone coming up with any film. We are still waiting to see her in Ranveer Singh starrer film 83, but it seems to be on hold for the pandemic attack. Now, as she gears up for her next venture, we hear she is going to star for the film called The Intern, which is a remake venture. The film is ready to hit the floor soon, recent media reports. The lady was supposed to team up with the late actor Rishi Kapoor but with his demise, the leggy lass will be seen with some other actor.
As per reports, the film is now in the production stage and is supposed to hit the floor next year. Now, as per the recent buzz, the makers are now finding the replacement of the veteran actor Rishi Kapoor. Talking about her venture, Deepika said that the film happens to be based on relationships and moves around the workplace. She further said that the story in the film is very much relevant to the current modern society in which we live. She called the film to be a light comedy apart from adding the word breezy for it.
She said she was looking for such a film and was lucky enough to be a part of it. She said she is very much excited about the film and not willing to wait for long to start. Besides this film she will also be seen in SRK film Pathan and the mighty venture called ‘Mahabharat’.
