In the recent buzz around Mumbai and Bollywood, we now hear that the state CM Mr. Uddhav Thackeray has issued a statement saying that there are people who are trying to malign and finish the Hindi Cinema. Talking on the same, the CM said this attempt will not be tolerated. Mr. Thackeray issued a statement saying that there are several agencies which are involved in the death probe of Sushant and the media coverage is trying to take things in a different direction.
He said it is a deliberate attempt to tarnish the image of the industry so that they can shift it to some other place, which will not be tolerated. While talking in the meeting with the multiplex and theatre owners, he said that Mumbai has been the financial capital of the country apart from being the hub for the entertainment industry and it will remain the same. Bollywood helps everyone all across the world to enjoy the films. This industry also gives ample employment to lakhs of people.
There are attempts to malign the image of the industry which is really painful. The BJP government in UP has announced saying that the industry should be shifted to Noida based in the said state which will not be tolerated. Mr. Thackeray later informed the owners of the multiplexes and theatres that they have to follow the SoPs about opening of the theatres, which have remained closed for six months owing to COVID pandemic.
