An industry insider made an interesting observation, noting that Chopra and Akshay Kumar have worked together on two films before: Kesari and Mission Raniganj. In both films, Kumar played a Sikh, and Chopra’s role was akin to a cameo. This could be a coincidence, or it could be a sign that Chopra and Kumar have a good working relationship and that they are comfortable playing opposite each other in supporting roles.
