In its verdict, the SC ordered Mumbai Police to submit all the evidence and other details with the CBI for carrying out the probe for the same. It’s a huge sigh of relief for his family and fans who have been demanding the CBI probe for a long time.
All thanks to the FIR lodged by the late actor’s FIR at Patna Police Station, which triggered a huge amount of buzz around it. As the case has gone to the CBI, we hear some updates from the central agency that are going to start the investigation from the crime scene at Sushant’s Bandra based apartment. They will be visiting the apartment soon to carry out a thorough investigation. Also, it was ensured the officers from Delhi will not be quarantined by the BMC officials after they reach Mumbai. They are now planning to visit his apartment where the officers would recreate the entire scene to get the right line of investigation, claimed the media reports.
The CBI has already started the study of the case and is currently going through the statement of various witnesses and checking the other piece of investigation. One of the officials of the Government of Maharashtra has claimed that they will be given all kinds of support by the Mumbai Police and thus will have no hurdle from anyone in the city during their investigation. As per reports, the simulation may not prove that effective yet it will give the right line and length to the central agency, claimed one officer.
